Our Process

Each lead or enquiry is nominated an Assignment Manager that will oversee all aspects of the process and regularly liaise with the client on progress. All enquiries however received give rise to the offer of a one-to-one meeting to discuss the requirement in detail.

All enquiries give rise to an agreed job description.specification and an indication of costs and duration. Our search commences with early CV’s (48 hrs) being passed to our clients for formative discussion or early interviews.  In this group we will provide a range of skills and costs.

Our candidates will be chosen on skill set, personality, chemistry and availability.  We will provide our client with full CV’s and accompany them with pen pictures stating why we believe them appropriate for the role.

Our client will select people for interview.  We will then brief the candidate in full and arrange the interview.

On selection of an interim we will set-up contracts, start dates and all other pre parity requirements liaising closely with our client to orchestrate a smooth start.

We work using signed weekly time sheets which form the basis of our delivery process.

All of our interims work for Limited Companies protecting our clients.

We pay out interims on agreed contracts based on their signed time sheets not on payment from our clients.

We work with our clients to progress and deal with any issues that might arise representing the clients interest.

On completion of all assignments we undertake an end of assignment review.
