Our key people are well known in the sector having worked on and with the majority of UK Food Manufacturing sites.

Our people are all professional Consultants from within either the Consulting, Interim or Recruitment industry with significant experience in the Food sector. We understand the industry, its drivers, the day to day, emergency needs and dynamics of the sector. We are happy to take instruction or alternatively we will offer objective and impartial advice.

Lorraine Coates  

An industry leader skilled at working with clients over many years to satisfy their short and long term interim resourcing needs.

Lorraine started her consultancy career working in productivity, helping clients design and implement performance improvement processes.  For the past 9 years she has worked specifically as a Food sector specialist providing interim, consulting and recruitment services to most of the UK Food Manufacturing Groups.

Roger Walker

Roger spent many years improving the performance of food manufacturing sites as a Productivity Consultant.  Roger has spent the past 10 years working with clients to identify solutions and resources to improve manufacturing sites in the context of a Global marketplace.

Wing Commander Steve Parkes  

Wing Commander Steve Parkes has joined the Solihull team bringing with him 25 years of Human Resources expertise.  Having held Officer Rank roles throughout the world in the RAF he is a welcome new member of our Business Development team.______________________________________________________________
